Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery options — Greece & Cyprus
• BOX NOW lockers — choose the locker that suits you at checkout. Pick up your parcel 24/7, whenever it works for you.
• Courier home delivery — delivered straight to your door.

Delivery times
• Mainland Greece: 1–3 business days
• Islands & remote areas: 2–5 business days
• Cyprus: 3–6 business days

Shipping costs
• Standard shipping: €3.90
• FREE shipping on all orders over €100
• Cash on delivery (COD): +€2.00

Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way.

Wrong address or uncollected parcels
Please double-check your details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address — or because a BOX NOW locker parcel wasn't collected in time — re-shipping costs will apply.
