1. INTRODUCTION
This website (the "Site") is operated by VAIA ARAPI, trading as Wave2Wear ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Ithakis 73, 112 51 Athens, Greece, VAT number [135136810].
By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this Site.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products are subject to availability. We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice. Prices are those displayed at the moment your order is placed.

4. ORDERS
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you will receive a full refund.

5. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Details on how to return items and receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner intact, in its original packaging.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Greek consumer law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund, as provided by law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, designs and the Wave2Wear name and marks — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. USER CONTENT
If you submit content to us (for example photographs, reviews or comments, including content you tag with our brand on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our brand and marketing. You confirm that you own the rights to any content you submit.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The competent courts of Athens, Greece shall have jurisdiction, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
